PM Pediatric Urgent Care

How is this urgent care if it's gong to take over 3 hours to be seen ?? Add resources so that wait time is reasonable upto an hour, no ??? I came with an infant, 6 month old and this kind of waiting is unbelievable. Saving grace was one of the nurses who took us in was nice and seemed empathetic. After going in there was another 40 min wait. Is this how these things are supposed to work ? If yes then no complaints.

They advertise that they are open until midnight but brought our toddler in at 8:30 pm and the response "we're not taking any more patients tonight, you can call your pediatrician". Three and a half hours before close with only a few people in the waiting room...?! In addition, there was another upset client in the waiting room openly arguing with a very unprofessional doctor/PA who high fived another person in the waiting room and said she was going back to work after the very disgruntled client exited (if you were so busy, what were you doing up front when you have two receptionists?) . As a word of advice to your customer service, be transparent and offer the 'why' you aren't taking any new clients. Sick children cause a lot of distress and anxiety for their parents and the type of behavior and customer service we saw and experienced was worth zero stars. Unfortunately I can't speak to the level of care as we never saw anyone but if it is in line with the customer service, find any other place to go!

I was referred here by a boston childrens nurse that was on call when i called for an emergency appt, i called PM pediatric right away and they told me to go in and thank god i did! they were amazing and took really good care of my child, and everyone was very patient, front desk lady was super nice! also we were in and out and saved so much time instead of waiting hours in the ER!
